Monica J. Smith, managing member of BeachleySmithLaw PLLC has a passion for helping those in need.  Graduating from Texas A&M School of Law in 2016, Monica has focused her practice on assisting clients with contracts, real estate closings, general litigation,  divorce, custody and other family law issues.

Monica began her career in law as a paralegal and worked for over 17 years in family law, real estate and civil litigation before entering into law school.
